A Sports ID serves as a portable, verifiable passport for athletes. It confirms your identity as an athlete, specifies the sports you engage in, the teams you belong to, your age, and your residential city.
Required Documents:
1. Identification Docs: Birth Certificate, State ID Card or Passport
2. School Docs: Report Card, School ID, Progress Report or Screenshot of Online Account
*If you have previously registered, please log in & check to see if your player is still valid. **If expired, you will need to renew prior to first official practice.

Once our official practices begin, we will be using the app "Band" for all our official team communication & Schedules. Please download the app in advance as invites will be sent once rosters are completed for the season.

Where: Mountain Ridge High School - Weight Room
What to wear/bring: Water, Tennis Shoes (not slip-ons or slides), Pants/Shorts, Shirt
This Program will be directed and run by MRHS Coach Travis Hawthorne. See Bio under "coaches corner". He is an assistant football coach and lead strength & conditioning coach.
